The 5U 12kW DC power system delivers -48V DC output with four 3000W hot-swappable rectifier modules in N+1 redundant configuration, ensuring uninterrupted operation during module maintenance or failure. Its compact 5U chassis maximizes rack utilization, making it ideal for edge computing nodes, small telecom shelters, and enterprise communication rooms where space is constrained and three-phase utility is unavailable.
Equipped with an MC2600 intelligent controller, the system provides comprehensive monitoring of voltage, current, temperature, and battery status via the built-in LCD panel. The controller features 7 digital inputs, 6 digital outputs, and 3 analog inputs, enabling integration with external sensors, alarm systems. Remote supervision is supported through RS485 and SNMP interfaces, ensuring seamless integration into existing network management platforms and enabling proactive alarm notification. The embedded battery management system further enhances operational reliability through temperature-compensated charging profiles, automatic cell equalization, and adaptive charge-stage transitions, collectively extending battery service life and reducing total cost of ownership.
Designed for environments where three-phase power is not available, the system accepts 220VAC single-phase input, enabling deployment in small exchanges, remote shacks, and retail spaces without costly electrical infrastructure upgrades. An integrated smart power meter delivers accurate, real-time energy consumption data, supporting operational cost allocation, green initiatives, and regulatory reporting. The distribution architecture employs a two-tier load prioritization strategy: non-critical equipment is assigned to LLVD circuits and automatically shed during extended battery discharge, while mission-critical transmission and routing gear remains powered through dedicated BLVD circuits. Dual battery breakers provide secure isolation and simplify maintenance.
